These terms apply whenever you place an order with Cookies By Kiki ("we", "us", "our") through tartnenas.my. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Placing an order through checkout is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed confirmation. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through HitPay. You'll receive an order number, which you can use to track your order's status at any time.
Please double-check your name, phone number, delivery address, and chosen date before submitting — we prepare orders based on exactly what's entered at checkout.
Pricing & Payment
Pineapple Tarts are priced as shown on our product and checkout pages, before any valid promo code is applied. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though the price shown to you at checkout is the price you'll be charged.
Payment is processed securely through HitPay. We do not see or store your full card details — HitPay handles that directly.
Delivery & Pickup
We currently deliver within Klang Valley only (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Kajang, and nearby areas), for a flat delivery fee of RM5.00. If your address falls outside this area, please choose Pickup instead, or contact us before ordering to confirm.
Both delivery and pickup require a minimum of 3 days' lead time from the date you place your order. The date you select at checkout is the date we aim to fulfil your order, though exact delivery timing on that day may vary.
Pickup location details are shared once your order is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because every order is handmade and baked fresh to order, we're only able to accept a cancellation while your order status is still "Order Received." You can check your order's current status anytime on our Track Order page. Once your order moves to "Baking," we're no longer able to offer a cancellation or refund, given the perishable and made-to-order nature of the product.
To request a cancellation while your order is still eligible, please WhatsApp us at 011-2541 0182 as soon as possible with your order number.
If there's a genuine issue with your order — something arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described — please contact us directly and we'll do our best to make it right.
Promo Codes
Promo codes are subject to their own individual conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts or limited redemption counts, which are checked automatically at checkout. A promo code is only valid if it's active and its conditions are met at the time of your order.
Product Information
As each batch is handmade, slight variation in appearance between pieces is normal and not a defect. Full nutrition and allergen information — including that our tarts contain wheat, milk, and egg — is available on our Nutrition page.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to fulfil every order accurately and on time, but we're a small, home-based bakery, and delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances like weather, traffic, or ingredient availability. Our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our operations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
