We currently deliver within Klang Valley only (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Kajang, and nearby areas), for a flat RM5.00 fee. Checkout checks your postcode, so you'll know straight away if we can deliver to you. Outside this area? Choose Pickup instead, or WhatsApp us at 011-2541 0182.

Both delivery and pickup need at least 3 days' notice from when you place your order. You'll pick your preferred date at checkout.

Yes — select Pickup at checkout. The exact pickup location is shared once your order is confirmed.

Payment is handled securely through HitPay. You'll be taken to their checkout page right after placing your order — we never see or store your full card details.

Yes, for free, as long as your order status is still "Order Received." You can check your current status anytime on Track Order. Once it moves to "Baking," we're no longer able to cancel or refund it, since everything is handmade fresh to order.

Our tarts contain wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. Full nutrition and calorie information is on our Nutrition page.

Room temperature: Let tarts cool completely before storing (warm tarts trap condensation and can turn soggy or moldy). Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark spot — usually good for 3–5 days in humid weather, up to 1–2 weeks if very dry.

Refrigerator: Store airtight, layered with baking paper — keeps about 1–2 weeks. The pastry softens in the fridge; warm at 150°C for 5–8 minutes (or air fryer at 120–140°C for 3–5 minutes) to crisp it back up.

Freezer: Best for longer storage — wrap individually or layer airtight, keeps 1–2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight (or 20–30 minutes at room temperature), then reheat to crisp.

Discard if you notice mold, an off smell, or if the pastry or jam turns slimy or overly wet.
